Ripped is a family business, founded by Daaiyah Bryant-Street. She is a wife and mother first, but also a salon wonder, philanthropist, author, promoter and motivational speaker amongst other professional hats that she wears. Ripped Hair and Fashion Showcase is the biggest hair and fashion show in Baltimore, and provides a platform for Baltimore’s youth and adults to display their talent and creativity. Ripped gives hundreds something positive and fun to look forward to every year, in spite of the ongoing violence that our city faces on a daily basis.
